Inclusions

  • Accommodation on Double/Triple/Quad sharing basis as per itinerary in hotels/camps/resort mentioned or similar (Double rooms only for couple).

  • Daily breakfast, evening tea & snacks, dinner according to itinerary.

  • Light meals during overnight journey.

  • No breakfast or dinner later then 21:00 and before 08:00.

  • Dedicated tour Guide and Group leaders

  • Delhi-Manali/Chandigarh/Any other pick up point transfers by volvo if mentioned in the itinerary.

  • An Oxygen Cylinder 24X7 in the backup vehicle in case of emergency.

  • Fuel charges, toll tax, driver charges, permits (not innerline), parking, etc. according to the itinerary.

  • All drives, sightseeing and excursions as per the itinerary using SUV Or Traveller, Bike.

  • Face mask, elbow and knee guard, helmet and a small goodies bag (if opted for bike).

  • Face mask, sanitizer and hand gloves to everyone travelling with us on a group tour.

  • General medicines and first aid kit.

  • 1 water bottle P.P. each day.

  • Smiles, memories and adventure.

  • For customized tours inclusions and exclusions are given in mail according to needs of traveler.  

Exclusions

  • Meals which are not mentioned in inclusions

  • VISA charges are excluded.

  • Any personal expenses like laundry, telephone bills, tips etc.

  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc to be borne by the client directly on the spot.

  • Tip to driver and tour escort person.

  • Any other item which is not specified under cost inclusions.

  • Inner line permit Cost as per the Govt. guidelines.

  • Any extra activity like paragliding, rafting etc. are to be borne by client.

  • If opted for bike riding option then fuel is not included.

  • If any damage to vehicle is done by client then it is to be borne by client only.

  • Travel Insurance.

  • Anything not mentioned in inclusions.

  • For customized tours inclusions and exclusions are given in mail according to needs of traveler.

  • Please carry rucksack or bag pack. No trolley bags.

  • Adequate amount of cash.

  • Raincoat.

  • Sunglasses.

  • Handy torch.

  • Sun Cap.

  • Warm clothes.

  • Shoes with good ground grip.

  • Adequate pairs of clothes.

  • Smiles, sense of humour and spirit of adventure.

Booking Process :

  • Confirm your seat by paying an advance of 3000/- or 50% of the trip (whichever is applicable) and pay the rest 7 days before the start of the trip.

  • For customized tours confirm your tour by paying 70% of the land package + 100% of airline (if opted).
